Project data is currently reported as top level market segments: Workplace, Education, Healthcare, and Hospitality. The Everything Else category is for all projects that do not fit into the top level market segments, such as Convention Centers and Museums.
Over the coming year, IIDA will further distinguish top level market segments and begin detailing sub-segments within each of these top level market segments. For example, Workplace will be expanded to distinguish between Financial Services Workplaces, Energy Workplaces, Technology Workplaces, etc.
If your firm projects don’t fit the top level market segments, they should be assigned to the Everything Else segment.
